Ceyda (pronounced Jayda) grew up in Izmir Turkey, where she earned degrees in both Landscape Architecture and Economics in Labour & Industrial Relationships. During her time in Turkey, Ceyda worked as the Director of a hospital for four years and ran a boutique cinema for 10 years. She eventually decided to further her education and moved to Victoria to study at the University of Victoria, where she earned a diploma and certification in Business Administration. Ceyda’s unique professional experience and extensive education has allowed her to thrive as a part of the team. As the Executive Assistant, Ceyda is responsible for administration, and working closely with consultants and clients to take on both supporting and leading roles through various processes and operations.

Meet Armin, a remarkable individual who defied the odds from an early age. Born with a significant hearing loss, his journey has been nothing short of inspiring. His career path has been a testament to his determination and adaptability. He began his professional journey in the hospitality industry, later transitioning to work in a plywood mill, and ultimately discovering his passion for electrical work. While he thrived in the electrical trade, he recognized his true calling lay in a career that allowed him to connect with people on a personal level. This realization led him to IG Private Wealth Management, where he has found his niche. His innate ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level, coupled with his dedication and expertise, make him an invaluable asset to our team. Laure has 30+ years of experience working in the hospitality industry where she held both managerial and executive level positions at hotels across British Columbia. She then transitioned to running and owning restaurants on the island until she decided to settle down with her family in Victoria. When she isn’t working, she enjoys training and riding horses (she even owned an Equestrian Centre in Vanderhoof). As a member of our team, Laure brings a contagious charisma to work every day and a sharp eye for detail that keeps us striving for perfection. Her previous experience in client-oriented businesses allows her to connect with clients on an interpersonal level so that they can receive the best possible service from our team.
